My 3rd grade teacher was so tough on me because she wanted me to be smart and kind, and now it payed off. So I shared my kindness with her, and I got her some scented candles and I wrote her a thank you letter and asked her to pass on the kindness.

I gave my kindness to my third grade teacher, Mrs. Weerstra who helped me so much and got me into ACT in the first place. I got a coffee and a Cinnabun from Mcdonalds. She really liked it and said she wanted to do something like it in her classroom. YAY! The kindness is spreading. ACT rocks! My name is Ashley.

Mrs. Riordan was my supervising teacher when I student taught in Jenison. She is amazing and I am not surprized that she pushed you to be the best you could be. She works hard, and is still teaching me today…even after 12 years of teaching!
